While inaugurating the National Economic
Council in the Abuja earlier today, President
Buhari charged all the state governors present
at the meeting to endeavour to settle the
unpaid salaries of civil servants in their
states. He asked the state governors to look
inwards and find more ways to increase their
Internally Generated Revenue
